This role will see you reporting to the Marketing Manager, where you will be responsible for executing the marketing plan and implementing marketing activities in accordance with brand guidelines for the Artemus Group hospitality and events businesses.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Support the planning and independently execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive patronage, engagement and revenue.
- Coordinate campaign rollouts across digital, social, website, EDM and in-venue channels
- Deliver exciting venue activations, events and brand experiences
- Manage marketing collateral from concept through to production
- Manage and grow email marketing databases for venues and precincts
- Maintain and update websites, landing pages and online listings
- Create and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate photoshoots and content creation projects
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Build strong relationships with venue leaders and operational teams to ensure flawless execution
- Stay on top of market trends, customer insights and industry opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with ideally 3+ years of industry experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Intermediate Adobe Photoshop and InDesign proficiency, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM, website CMS and project management software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with a focus on quality, innovation, and a solid understanding of market trends.
