Join City of Moreton Bay as a ePMO Investment Manager, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
As the ePMO Investment Manager you'll lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Council’s capital investment management approach, including:
the annual capital infrastructure budget build process
leading the team supporting capital investment planning, prioritisation and investment processes
overseeing governance of capital budget changes to support transparency, consistency and alignment with investment priorities
overseeing cost management and forecasting practices for the capital investment program
supporting the implementation, operation and continuous improvement of the Budget Frameworks.
You and your team will provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders across Council related to capital investment planning, infrastructure budget development and investment decision-making, as well as supporting the delivery of a capital investment program that is coordinated, considered, and that aligns with Council’s long-term objectives, financial capacity and community outcomes.

About you
We're looking for your extensive knowledge and experience in project, program and portfolio management of significant infrastructure investments, and capital investment planning, infrastructure budget development, prioritisation and budget change governance.
You can bring your:
Strong understanding of investment discipline, evidence-based decision-making, prioritisation and strategic alignment
Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation, operation or continuous improvement of investment governance frameworks, preferably in a local government or infrastructure environment
Success in building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
Excellent presentation and communication skills to influence and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
