We are a reputable, mid to high-end renovation and construction company looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Renovations Site Foreman to join our team.
We specialise in kitchen and bathroom renovation projects, and do work Sydney-wide. We also do new builds, second storey additions and extensions.
The Onsite Role
We are offering an exciting opportunity for you to play a crucial role in the delivery of our residential renovation projects. You will be working within a positive, energetic, close-knit team environment.
About you
You will have a trade background and an eye for detail and quality.
You must be able to demonstrate experience working with bathrooms and kitchens, detailed residential renovation projects, and will also demonstrate drive and a strong work ethic.
You will be a positive and enthusiastic team player and will have the drive and capacity to lead a team of tradesman in an efficient way.
You will need to adhere to deadlines and work in unison with other integral stakeholders within the business.
You will have strong communication skills and understand the importance of maintaining constructive and effective relationships with the entire project team, including subcontractors, management and most importantly clients.
You must be a problem solver with a can-do attitude that can easily and efficiently adapt to challenging situations.
The following is a must:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential renovation projects
- Experience in developing and maintaining good relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Ability to run multiple renovations concurrently and to project schedule
- Experience in reading architectural and structural plans
- Strong communication and organisational skills and a great eye for detail
- A high degree of construction knowledge across all relevant trades
- A suitable work vehicle & current drivers licence
