The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially minded Systems and Operations Lead to oversee the systems and operational processes that support our national fuels pricing function. Reporting to the Retail Fuel Pricing Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring pricing accuracy, operational excellence and compliance while supporting continuous improvement across the retail fuels business.
You will provide:
- Ownership of fuels pricing systems and operational processes to ensure accurate pricing execution across the retail network.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting pricing systems to maintain operational performance and minimise disruptions.
- Investigation of pricing compliance issues and preparation of reporting for regulatory and government requirements.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements, automation opportunities and system enhancements.
- Support for the introduction of new products, initiatives and changes to pricing systems.
- Fuel Operations focal of LPG and AdBlue activities, key escalation for maintenance and logistics teams.
- Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and commercial outcomes.

About You:
- Experience in systems, operations or process improvement within a commercial or retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems, Power BI and the Microsoft Office Suite is highly regarded.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes.
