We're looking for someone who can take the time to build a genuine connection with a young person who has experienced challenges in trusting adults. Consistency, patience, and a calm approach will be important in helping them feel safe, understood, and supported.
Someone who can sit alongside a family during a difficult chapter without judgement.
Someone who understands that behaviour is communication, that relationships matter, and that real change takes time.
At Little Petal, we support children, young people and families experiencing a range of challenges, including disability, trauma, mental health concerns, school disengagement, family breakdown, and social isolation. We provide practical, relationship-based support within homes and communities, helping people build confidence, capacity, connection and resilience.
