Purpose: Prep fresh fruit and other ingredients to the standard ENZE's cakes need.
Main duties
- Prep fresh mangoes and other fruit (peeling, cutting, portioning) at volume
- General food prep support for the kitchen team
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Receiving and checking goods and daily deliveries
Must have
- Good knife skills — comfortable with high-volume fruit prep
- Works quickly and consistently to a set quality standard
- Available for early mornings and weekends
- Full working rights in Australia
Nice to have
- Commercial kitchen food prep experience
- Food handling certificate
Pay: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
