In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be the crucial link between our clinicians and patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
- Empower Patients: Clearly and effectively discuss and present treatment plans developed by our expert clinicians, helping patients understand their options and benefits.
- Handle Reception duties: Work alongside our team to handle patient bookings and take payments
- Navigate Financials: Confidently discuss various payment options with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about their choices
- Re-engage & Re-activate: Skillfully reactivate patients who haven't proceeded with treatment, reigniting their interest and helping them move forward with their dental health goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Patient-Centric Approach: A genuine desire to help people and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
- Organized & Proactive: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Tech-Comfortable: Familiarity with dental PMS (D4W or Carestack) and CRMs
- Dental Interest: While dental experience is preferred, it's not essential! We're happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn about the dental industry.
