Location: St George Hospital, Kogarah
As an Unaccredited Trainee in Urology, you will provide effective medical services to patients under supervision, whilst developing expertise in urological clinical practice and research in a complex clinical environment. The role will be a combination of six months of clinical urology as a junior urology trainee within the St George Hospital Department of Urology and six months clinical and laboratory research activity as a Research Fellow (externally funded) under the supervision of the St George Hospital Department of Urology. This position is involved in the on-call roster at St George Hospital.

- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Completion of at least 3 postgraduate years working as a medical officer.
- A desire to undertake post-graduate urological training
- A commitment to clinical and/or basic research
- A willingness to work as part of a team to deliver quality urological care
- A willingness to participate in ongoing medical education
- A willingness to engage in teaching of pre- and post-graduate medical colleagues and allied health professionals
- The ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary team meetings
