About the role:
This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll be the key coordinator behind a busy Directorate, managing executive workflow, complex schedules, high-level correspondence and sensitive stakeholder matters that help shape our growing community.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the Director's diary, correspondence and executive priorities
- Preparing reports, briefings and high-quality executive documentation
- Coordinating Elected Member enquiries and stakeholder communications
- Supporting Directorate meetings, action tracking and key projects
- Monitoring budgets, invoices and administrative processes
- Building strong relationships across the organisation while driving continuous improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience supporting senior executives in a complex organisation
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
Pre-employment requirements:
- Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance
- Right to work in Australia
