What you'll be doing
The Provisional Fellow in Intensive Care Medicine will practice under the supervision of specialist intensive care physicians, assisting in the diagnosis and management of critically ill patients with serious medical and surgical illness.
The Provisional Fellow shall acquire the requisite clinical skills and experience of an advanced trainee in intensive care medicine necessary to progress and achieve the qualification standards of an intensive care specialist, consistent with the training requirements of the College of Intensive Care Medicine of Australia and New Zealand (CICM).
The Provisional Fellow shall participate in continuing medical education (CME) and quality assurance (QA) programs, and in the supervision and teaching of other junior medical staff.
