Barista Wanted – Join the Team at La Vallée
La Vallée is a cozy, community-focused café known for quality coffee, warm hospitality, and a relaxed atmosphere. We’re looking for an energetic and reliable barista who genuinely enjoys coffee, customer service, and working in a positive team environment.
Availability Required
- Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 3:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
- only a 5 day working week
Perfect for someone who enjoys early starts and a fast-paced café atmosphere.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing espresso coffee and beverages to a high standard
- Delivering friendly, welcoming customer service
- Operating coffee equipment safely and efficiently
- Taking orders and handling POS transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the café
- Restocking supplies and assisting with stock control
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
- Assisting with light food preparation when required
- Helping create the warm and inviting experience La Vallée is known for
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Strong coffee knowledge and consistency in service
- Friendly personality with great communication skills
- Clean, well-presented, and reliable
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods
- Team player with a positive attitude and no ego
- minimum 2 to 3 years experience
