About the Role
A full time, onsite positionyou will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault finding and repairing a broad range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment across a variety of commercial, institutional and manufacturing sites.

This is an opportunity to work alongside highly experienced HVAC technicians, and multiple other trades employed within the organisation, on technically challenging projects, with genuine opportunities for ongoing development on cutting edge equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventative and reactive maintenance of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on chillers, package units, VRF/VRV systems, split systems and associated mechanical plant.
- Commissioning and equipment upgrades
- Completion of service reports using electronic job management systems (AroFlo, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients through professional communication and quality workmanship
- Working safely while complying with company procedures and industry standards
About You
You will be a motivated person who takes pride in delivering quality work and enjoys solving technical challenges.
Candidate Requirements:
- HVAC Trade qualification as a Refrigeration Mechanic or other related field
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Restricted Electrical Licence (or equivalent), Current Victorian Plumbing Registration
- Current Working with Children’s Check and National Police Check
- Current Victorian Drivers License, with the ability to drive a manual vehicle
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Highly Valued Attributes:
· Superb technical skills in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance for HVAC and Chiller systems
· Knowledge and experience in Plumbing and Electrical works
· Proven competency in adhering to EPA standards and safety regulations
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team that excels to extremely high standards
