We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join the Haematology, Specialty Products & Vaccines (HSV) Filling Operations team as Facility Owner, Filling Line 6. Reporting to the Senior Director, Filling HSV Operations, this role is responsible for leading manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance, driving operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams within the HSV Value Stream area.
This is a permanent ongoing opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing operations to deliver the Master Production Schedule and meet business objectives.
Drive performance through KPI management, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and Health & Safety expectations.
Lead and develop a team of Supervisors, Facility Coordination Officers, and Production personnel.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve production, quality, supply chain, and financial targets.
Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and capital improvement programs.
Key Experience & Qualifications
A tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing or production operations in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, deviation management, and compliance requirements.
Proven people leadership capability, with experience developing high-performing teams.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
