What You'll Be Doing
The Resident Medical Officer provides high-quality medical care as part of a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of experienced senior clinicians. Working across rotations in Emergency Medicine, General Medicine and Surgery, you will assess, investigate and manage patients with varying levels of clinical complexity while developing your procedural skills, clinical judgement and confidence.
This role offers significant opportunities to gain practical experience in patient assessment, acute management, clinical decision-making and multidisciplinary care planning. Throughout the year, you will receive ongoing supervision, teaching and feedback to support your professional development and prepare you for future specialty training.
