The Role
The Project Officer provides project coordination, operational and administrative support to the delivery of the VET Data Streamlining (VDS) Program in Victoria. Reporting to the Change Manager, the role supports the planning, coordination and implementation of change, communication and stakeholder engagement activities that contribute to the successful delivery of program outcomes.
Main accountabilities:

Prepares reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues that impact at program or organisational level

Applies negotiation persuasion and motivation skills to manage staff and stakeholders

Provides specialist administrative and corporate support expertise

Innovative thinking is an inherent feature of the job
The Team
The position of Project Officer, VET Data Streamlining Program forms a part of the Training Operations and Assurance branch within the Skills and TAFE group.
Skills and TAFE (S&T) focuses on enabling Victorians to access the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to participate in today's workforce, prepare for future jobs, and achieve their educational aspirations.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:
