Adams Commercial Services is looking for experienced construction/builders cleaners for immediate work across Perth.
This is not general domestic cleaning. We need people who have experience with builders cleans, final cleans and construction sites and can work efficiently to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Previous builders/construction cleaning experience
- White Card – essential
- ABN – essential
- Own reliable car and transport – essential
- Reliable and able to turn up on time
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for immediate start
- Daytime availability preferred
Work includes:
- Builders cleans
- Final/sparkle cleans
- Removing construction dust and residue
- Cleaning windows, frames, tracks and surfaces
- Detail cleaning prior to handover
Competitive subcontractor rates based on experience.
