As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Accounts & Client Support Officer who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and keeping things organised behind the scenes.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in administration, finance, accounts, or insurance.
You'll play an important role in supporting our clients, finance partners, and internal team by managing payments, investigating account enquiries, coordinating with external funding companies, and ensuring client accounts are accurate and up to date.

What You'll Be DoingAccounts & Financial Administration
- Processing and reconciling payments for new and renewing insurance policies
- Liaising with external funding companies and finance teams
- Managing outstanding accounts and following up overdue payments
- Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and account queries
- Processing policy cancellations and refunds
- Generating reports and maintaining accurate financial records
- Escalating complex matters when required
Client Service & Administration
- Assisting clients via phone and email with account and policy enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and correspondence
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
- Delivering a professional and positive client experience
About You
We're less concerned about industry experience and more interested in finding someone who is reliable, organised, and eager to learn.
You'll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, accounts, finance support, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with clients
- The ability to investigate issues and think through solutions
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Good time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities
