What does the job look like?
As a Delivery Lead within Corporate Solutions IT, you’ll define, shape and deliver ERP initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes across our corporate services — Finance, HR, Fleet, Safety, Payroll and Commercial platforms.
This is a hands-on, senior role combining deep business analysis expertise with end-to-end delivery ownership. You’ll lead initiatives from problem definition and discovery through to execution and adoption, ensuring solutions are well-defined, viable and successfully embedded into the business.
Reporting to the Portfolio and Delivery Manager – Corporate Solutions, you’ll be the key interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams — translating business needs into clear, executable outcomes and owning scope and delivery success.
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across initiatives, from problem framing through to solution definition.
- Elicit, challenge and validate business requirements using structured techniques such as workshops, process mapping and data analysis.
- Lead structured discovery phases, including scope definition, feasibility assessment and solution design.
- Develop high-quality business cases, options analysis and recommendations that inform investment decisions.
- Take accountability for end-to-end delivery outcomes – scope, timeline, cost and value.
- Coordinate across delivery teams, vendors and stakeholders to keep execution on track and resolve issues, risks and dependencies.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across Finance, HR, Commercial and IT, and facilitate workshops and decision forums to drive alignment.
- Provide clear delivery visibility through structured reporting and insights (Power BI, OnePlan) and support portfolio-level decision-making.
- Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and constraints early, with proactive mitigation strategies.
Are you the one?
We’re seeking a strategic, solutions-focused delivery professional with strong business analysis and commercial acumen. You’ll have proven experience owning delivery end-to-end, with the ability to influence stakeholders and turn complex problems into clear, high-impact outcomes.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
- 10+ years’ experience across business analysis, delivery leadership or project management
- Proven success leading end-to-end delivery of IT/ERP (SAP) and business transformation initiatives
- Strong business analysis expertise — requirements elicitation and management, process modelling and optimisation, impact and data analysis, and business case development
- Experience delivering across corporate platforms (Finance, HR and Commercial systems preferred)
- Strong financial and delivery awareness (scope, cost, value, trade-offs)
- The ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity and move seamlessly between strategy, detail and execution
