Madeleines Bakery is a busy local bakery focused on quality products, quality baked goods, and friendly customer service. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Bakery All Rounder to join our growing team.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced bakery environment and is happy to support across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers with friendly and professional service
- Prepare coffees and hot drinks (barista experience preferred)
- Prepare sandwiches, rolls, and light food items
- Display and restock bakery products
- Operate POS and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist bakery and kitchen operations where required
- Dishwashing and general cleaning duties
- Receive deliveries and assist with stock rotation
- Opening and closing procedures when required

- Weekday availability preferred
- Previous bakery, café, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
