About the Role
As a Leadership Educator, you will:
- Lead by example and inspire best practices across the service.
- Support and mentor educators to deliver engaging, play-based learning programs.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the local community.
- Assist with the implementation of the educational program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and help maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Work closely with the nominated supervisor to foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Previous experience in a leadership or senior educator role.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Child Safe Standards.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children, families, and fellow educators.
- A current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
