Part Time/Casual Bartender:
About the Role
As a Sole Bartender in our mostly dispense-only bar your duties will include:
- Preparing beers, wines, spirits and cocktails
- making coffees
- place takeaway orders for walk-in customers using the POS
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked venue
- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service in a high-volume environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Previous 1 year bartending experience (essential)
- Cocktail-making experience
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar or pub
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
- Current NSW RSA
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
