We are looking for an experienced Barista / Cafe All-Rounder to join our team on Sat shift 6.45am to 2.30pm in Maroubra. If you are passionate about specialty coffee, love multitasking in a friendly atmosphere, and thrive in a busy team, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages consistently.
- Dialling in grinders, maintaining milk texture, and upholding espresso standards.
- Assisting with front-of-house duties: taking orders, running food, and clearing tables.
- Operating the POS system and handling cash/card transactions accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the coffee bar and customer seating areas.
- Assisting with general food prep and restocking supplies as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista in a busy cafe environment.
- Strong milk-steaming and latte art skills.
- Great multitasking abilities with a cool head under pressure.
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused personality.
Pay: $26.44 – $35.00 per hour
