Barista | Alexander’s Bakery Southside
Alexander’s Bakery Southside is a family-owned bakery café with two locations in the Illawarra. We’re known for great coffee, handmade pastries, and genuine customer service. We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join our Corrimal team, with additional shifts available at our Wollongong store.
About You
- At least 1 year of barista experience.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused.
- Confident making espresso-based coffees.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who takes pride in their work.
- Keen to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve quality coffee.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations.
- Work alongside a supportive team to create a great customer experience.
