We're looking for a skilled, accredited Solar & Battery Installer to join our team on a full-time basis.
The Role
As a Solar & Battery Installer, you'll be responsible for the safe and professional installation of residential and/or commercial solar PV and battery storage systems, from mounting panels through to system commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and battery storage systems in line with Australian Standards and manufacturer specifications
- Carry out electrical wiring, cabling, and connections associated with solar and battery installations
- Conduct system testing, fault-finding, and commissioning
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZS), CEC guidelines, and WHS/safety regulations
- Liaise professionally with customers on-site, explaining system operation where required
- Complete accurate job documentation, compliance certificates, and installation records
- Work safely at heights and follow all site safety procedures
- Collaborate with the installation team and site supervisors to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard
What We're Looking For
- SAA accreditation for solar (and battery, if applicable) installation — current and verifiable
- Individual electrical contractor licence — current and able to be verified
- Proven hands-on experience installing residential and/or commercial solar and battery systems
- Solid understanding of relevant Australian Standards (e.g. AS/NZS 5033, AS/NZS 3000) and safety requirements
- Current driver's licence (own reliable transport preferred)
- Working at heights and/or other relevant safety tickets (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work may be required)

Pay: $59,538.89 – $105,310.27 per year
