LIGHTING OPERATOR WANTED

METRO HOUSE is seeking an experienced and reliable Lighting Operator to join our nightclub team.

Responsibilities
* Operate lighting during club nights, live performances and special events.
* Prepare and test lighting systems prior to each event.
* Create and adjust lighting effects to match the music and atmosphere.
* Work closely with DJs, performers and the event management team.
* Monitor lighting equipment throughout the event to ensure smooth operation.
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues where required.
* Assist with the setup and pack-down of lighting equipment when necessary.
Requirements
* Previous experience operating lighting for clubs, concerts or live events.
* Strong understanding of live event lighting and stage operation.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Reliable, punctual and professional.
* Available to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
Preferred (Not Essential)
* Experience programming lighting shows.
* Experience working with LED walls or visual effects.
* Experience operating haze, CO₂ or other special effects.
* Basic understanding of audio-visual systems.
