Cafe All Rounder (Casual)
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Casual Cafe All Rounder to join our team at Toowoomba Coffee House.
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible casual work with approximately 4-hour shifts.
Your duties will include:
- Greeting and serving customers
- Taking food and coffee orders
- Operating the POS (cash register)
- Delivering food and drinks to tables
- Clearing tables and collecting dishes
- Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean
- General cleaning and maintaining a tidy café
- Working as part of a small, friendly team
What we're looking for:
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Cafe or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Barista or coffee-making experience is a bonus, but training can be provided
Position details:
- Casual position
- Approximately 4-hour shifts
- 1–4 shifts per week depending on business needs
- Weekend availability is preferred
- Award wages + Super
