Position: Senior Administration Officer – Finance & Operations Support
Lifetime Comfort Care Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Senior Administration Officer to support our office, finance, and operations functions. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, confident with computers, has basic financial knowledge, and can manage administration tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
The successful candidate will assist with office administration, invoices, staff records, compliance documents, timesheet checks, payroll support, spreadsheets, emails, filing, reporting, and general business support.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily administration tasks
- Maintain staff, participant, and compliance records
- Assist with invoices, receipts, payments, and basic accounts
- Support timesheet, roster, and payroll checking
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, letters, and forms
- Manage emails, phone calls, filing, and office documents
- Support onboarding, training records, and document follow-up
- Work closely with management, finance, and operations teams
- Maintain confidentiality and professional communication at all times
Essential skills:
- Strong computer skills
- Good Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Basic finance/accounts knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional and confidential approach
Preferred experience:
- Experience in NDIS, disability, aged care, healthcare, or community services
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Flow Logic, Deputy, or similar systems
- Certificate or diploma in business administration, bookkeeping, or accounting
