In our Transformation Assurance team, your impact will lead and manage project assurance and advisory engagements across a diverse portfolio of transformation projects, programs and portfolios using strong project management and risk expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Reviewing and analysing critical project/program artefacts (including risk reports, business cases, business requirements documents, or project plans) .
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, with a strong background in project management and financial services looking to apply their skills in an advisory capacity. You will join our fast-growing team, known for its great culture, and lead our efforts in guiding clients through leading transformation initiatives across Australia. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality assurance advice and recommendations that drive successful change outcomes.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills/experience in:
Delivering complex strategic transformation programs within the Financial Services industry (desired) – in project/program management roles or related disciplines (including change management, business analyst, or benefits/finance management).
Proactively identifying project risks and finding appropriate solutions. You have an advanced understanding of project management methodologies, and feel comfortable leading project, program and portfolio reviews.
