We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our community-based team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care across community and clinic settings.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to clients with a range of health needs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive health outcomes. You will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, support patient safety, and assist in mentoring and developing nursing colleagues and students.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience and clinical skills relevant to community nursing.
- Strong assessment, problem-solving and care coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience supporting clients with complex health needs.
- A commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
- Current NSW Driver Licence.

Bellinger River District Hospital has been servicing its community and surrounds since its opening in July 1903. The hospital is located on the outskirts of the Bellingen township overlooking the valley. The hospital works closely with Coffs Harbour Health Campus as a part of the Coffs Clinical Network (CCN), in the Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD).
