About the Role
This role combines customer support, software training, bookkeeping, payroll, and farm financial management. Your primary focus will be supporting customers using Agrimaster, helping them understand best-practice financial management processes, troubleshooting issues, and getting maximum value from their software.
As your expertise develops, you'll progress into:
- Payroll support
- Customer training
- Webinar delivery
- Budgeting assistance
- Farm financial consulting
- Customer onboarding and implementation support

Who We're Looking For
Applicants with experience in bookkeeping, payroll, accounts administration, accounting support, farm administration, agribusiness administration, customer support, or software support are encouraged to apply.
You'll be a great fit if you:

Highly Regarded
- Bookkeeping or payroll experience
- Accounts administration experience
- Agrimaster experience
- Xero, MYOB, Sage, Reckon, Wagemaster, or similar software experience
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting
- Agriculture or agribusiness experience
- Customer training, consulting, or onboarding experience
