JUNIOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT ENTRY LEVEL
No property management experience required training provided. We are looking for someone motivated, organised and eager to build a long-term career in property management. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to get into the real estate/property industry, learn on the job and grow with the business. You will be trained in all areas of day-to-day property management, including:
Communicating with tenants Organising maintenance and repairs
Following up rent payments Assisting with leases and renewals
Coordinating inspections, move-ins and move-outs Communicating with contractors and agents
Learning NSW tenancy procedures General property management duties We are not looking for an experienced Property Manager. We are looking for the right person with the right attitude who wants an opportunity to learn. What matters to us:
