About the Role
You'll specialise in luxury hair extension services while maintaining exceptional client care throughout the entire consultation and installation process.
Responsibilities include:
- Extension consultations
- Colour matching
- Installation
- Maintenance appointments
- Removal and refitting
- Client education
- Retail recommendations
- Before & after content creation
- Working collaboratively with our colour team
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser
- Proven experience specialising in premium hair extension services
- Excellent colour matching ability
- Strong consultation skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Passion for luxury client experiences
- Professional presentation
- Positive attitude
- Looking for long-term employment
