As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Hair Extension Specialist to join our team and work alongside Natalia, our founder and lead extension specialist.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Hair Extension Specialist with a minimum of five (5) years' experience specialising in hair extensions.
You'll work closely with Natalia and our colour team to deliver premium extension services while providing an exceptional client experience from consultation through to aftercare.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional hair extension consultations
- Colour match extensions to achieve seamless results
- Apply, maintain and remove premium hair extensions
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance
- Recommend suitable products and maintenance schedules
- Maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with our colourists to create complete transformations
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the client journey
- Assist in creating before-and-after content where appropriate
About You

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience specialising in hair extensions
- Strong consultation and client communication skills
