About the role :
The position is responsible for coordinating care services for maintaining accurate client records, communicating with internal teams and external providers, and ensuring all care activities align with organisational standards and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Role responsibilities and requirements:
- Permanent, Full-time role working 38 hours per week.
- Current Australian Registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
- Minimum of 2 + years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical, care planning and AN-ACC experience
- Experience as an Educator highly regarded
