Dumbleyung Roadhouse Cafe and Restaurant is seeking for a talented and experienced Chef/ Cook to join our team. we open early morning for serving Breakfast Lunch and dinner throughout the day. Open 7 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure efficient stock control.
- Provide training and support to junior kitchen staff.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
About You:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Chef.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $78,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
