About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Environmental Services Support Officer to join our team at Greenslopes Private Hospital on a permanent full-time basis! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining staff rosters.

Maintain and publish rosters for all Environmental Services staff to include cleaning, transport, linen, and waste teams.

Fill unexpected absences, sick leave, and process annual leave requests

Engagement with staff selection, training, competency, and compatibility

Respond to inquiries and provide support to staff

Administration tasks as required
About You

Previous experience in scheduling, rostering or workforce coordination

Exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments, and strong problem-solving skills when plans change

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Proficient with computer systems and office software applications
