About the role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a casual basis. You will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Your key responsibilities

Deliver nursing care to our aged care residents in alignment with individual care plans

Assist Registered Nurses in the provision of clinical care and medication administration

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care

Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
What we're looking for

Qualified Enrolled Nurse with current registration

Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Flexibility to work casual shifts as required
