Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team at Rooster and Co. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, preparing delicious food, and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare food items according to our menu specifications and safety standards, ensuring high-quality food and timely service.
Operate the point of sale (POS) system to accurately take orders and process payments.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation and safety guidelines.
Assist in stocking and restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment in a fast-paced setting.
Uphold the restaurant’s presentation and service standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English and have strong communication skills.
Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment is preferred.
Excellent presentation and a positive, “sunny” disposition.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
