LakeMacDentist is seeking an amazing Dental Assistant to join their supportive team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing patient experiences and easing dental anxiety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain infection control and patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with clinicians on patient care and treatment plans.
- Prepare for surgeries and ensure efficient operations.
- Manage sterilization and instrument reprocessing.
- Provide empathetic support to patients during visits.
- Work in a friendly, collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Compassionate and reliable individual with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with 1-2 years minimum of dental experience preferred.
- Cert III preferred.
- Must have rights to work in Australia.
