Kalyra is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Data Entry Officer to support our Finance Team, specifically within our growing Support at Home function. This role has become available to maintain service levels and support ongoing operational demands within the team.
Working approximately three days per week, this position offers flexibility in both days and hours, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time work, returning to the workforce, or balancing employment with study commitments.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide accurate and professional administrative and data entry support, ensuring the timely processing of financial and client information. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of client and financial records while supporting the delivery of quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process financial and client-related data, including accounts payable, client fees and direct debits.
- Maintain client and creditor records across finance and client management systems.
- Assist with invoice processing, reporting, reconciliations and general finance administration.
- Support data quality and continuous improvement activities through auditing and checking of information.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance and Administration Team as required.
About You
You are a motivated and reliable professional who enjoys working with data, numbers and systems. You have exceptional attention to detail and pride yourself on producing accurate work while managing competing priorities.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in data entry, accounts payable or administration
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Professional communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Experience using accounting or database systems is advantageous.
