Community Connections Australia (CCA) is a NDIS and iCare accredited service provider that provides high quality and personalised supports for people living with a disability throughout the Sydney metropolitan area. CCA is looking for compassionate and positive can-do people to join our team. We are offering Monday to Friday, day shifts. CCA has permanent part-time positions on offer in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
We will assist you to learn about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and provide you with ongoing training in the Disability sector.
As a member of our support staff you will be required to support people in their own homes or in the community. Some of the tasks you will be performing include: personal care, preparing and cooking meals, cleaning, transporting people to activities and appointments and general domestic assistance.
As a CCA support worker you will play an invaluable part in upholding our vision of supporting people to live independently in their own home, in the community of their choice and to receive the services they choose.
Essential requirements include:
- Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check on commencement with CCA
- NSW Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle
