We are seeking a
General Manager to take full ownership of one of Sydney's most distinctive premium dining venues.
This is a senior leadership role with clear accountability: you will set the tone, drive performance, and lead a team that delivers at a consistently high level.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a premium restaurant
- Strong commercial acumen, comfortable owning P&L, labour, and cost management
- A leadership style that is present, decisive, and grounded in accountability
- Deep understanding of premium service standards and guest expectations
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge
- RSA certification
