Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a difference in your community?
At ECMS, we’re proud to be a not-for-profit community organisation that’s all about making a difference in the lives of children and families. With 75 kindergartens and early learning services across Melbourne, our team of 1100 dedicated people work together to create safe, joyful, and enriching experiences for 7,500 children every week. For us, it’s more than just early learning, it’s about building meaningful connections, supporting growth, and being part of something that makes a real difference in the lives of children, families, and our communities.
We are currently seeking passionate Bachelor-qualified, Diploma, and Certificate III Educators to join our sessional kindergarten teams across Melbourne's South-East, including services in and around Clyde, Carrum Downs, Cranbourne, Narre Warren and Berwick. With a range of permanent part-time opportunities available, this is an exciting time to join ECMS as we continue to expand and prepare to welcome new kindergarten services in 2027.
All roles will commence in 2027!
Join us at our Careers Day on the 16th of October 2026 between 9.30am – 2:00pm, which will be held at one of our newest services in Pakenham. We’ll be conducting 15-minute interviews on the day for those interested in joining our team. We look forward to meeting you and sharing what makes ECMS such a rewarding place to work.
