The Dunn Group is a proudly Australian family-owned business that has been operating throughout NSW for over 30 years. We operate 10 busy convenience and petroleum retail sites across Sydney Metro, the Blue Mountains, and Wagga Wagga.
Our business continues to grow through our much-loved Balmain Coffee Company cafés and our Supply – Your Local Food Store offer, featuring an extensive range of fresh products made in-store daily.
About the Role
No two days are the same in this varied and rewarding role. You'll travel between our sites ensuring they remain clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for our customers and team members.
You'll be responsible for maintaining high presentation standards across our forecourts, convenience stores, coffee areas, and outdoor spaces while also completing a range of maintenance and repair tasks.
Working across out Sydney Metro and Blue Mountains locations including; BP Botany, BP Kingsford, Ampol Auburn, BP Uncle Leos Roadhouse, Shell Blaxland, BP Wentworth Falls, BP Katoomba, BP Blackheath and IGA Blackheath. You’ll see different teams and our lovely customers across your travels enjoying our complimentary Balmain Coffee and generous discounts on our delicious Supply food offer.
What You'll Be Doing
Site Presentation & Cleaning
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across fuel station forecourts and customer areas
- Deep cleaning bathrooms, shower facilities, storage areas, island chillers and other key areas of the site
- Pressure washing driveways, fuel bays, pathways, windows, walls, and outdoor surfaces
- Cleaning fuel pumps, bollards, bins, air and water stations, and external equipment
- Removing litter and debris from forecourts, car parks, and surrounding grounds
- Sweeping and scrubbing high-traffic customer areas
- Ensuring outdoor seating areas remain clean, tidy, and inviting
- Managing waste disposal and bin maintenance
- Reporting site presentation issues and identifying opportunities for improvement
Maintenance & Repairs
- General maintenance and handyperson duties
- Basic repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
- Painting, patching, and touch-up work
- Minor hardware repairs and replacements
- Routine safety inspections of equipment and facilities
- Assisting with site improvements and refurbishment projects
Grounds Maintenance
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Garden maintenance and landscaping upkeep
- Weed control and general grounds presentation
- Maintaining safe and attractive outdoor environments
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous maintenance, cleaning, facilities, or handyman experience
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work
- Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on work
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Can work independently and manage their time effectively
- Is reliable, flexible, and solutions-focused
- Has a strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety
- Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
