Job Description
You’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our patient services and front-of-house administration, working closely with patients, families and our clinical teams.
Patient & Customer Service:

Provide a professional, compassionate and customer-focused service to patients, carers, clinicians and visitors.

Explain financial consent requirements to patients in a clear and empathetic manner.

Respond to patient and stakeholder enquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring issues are managed through to resolution.

Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support an exceptional patient experience.

Coordinate administrative processes in accordance with organisational requirements.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring a high level of attention to detail and data integrity.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and within required timeframes.

Identify, investigate and resolve administrative issues using sound judgement and logical problem-solving skills.

Contribute to the review and improvement of administrative processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
