About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent or Property sales professional with a true passion for property acquisition and a track record of delivering outstanding results.
As a Sales Agent at The Company Real Estate, you’ll be actively involved in every stage of the sales process, including:
- Prospecting (door-knocking, cold calling, and lead generation)
- Liaise with high-net-worth clients regarding their property sale
- Work closely with clients/ vendors/buyers from the initial enquiry/contact, conduct market appraisals, viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs smoothly through to completion
- Build strong relationships with the client and industry stakeholders to create networking and sourcing opportunities.
- Manage vendor and buyer inquiries, as well as communication with solicitors.
- Build and manage a client database.
- Perform data entry tasks.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A passion for property, people and community
- Experience in a sales-driven role with KPIs and targets
- Self-motivated, results-driven attitude
- Proven negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- A talent for quickly establishing trusting relationships, creating new business opportunities and managing sales funnels independently
- Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed in the industry.
- A minimum qualification of an Agent’s Rep Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate Practice.
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable car (availability to work Saturdays is essential)
