Tubros Burgers is a brand-new, Korean-inspired smash burger shop opening in the heart of Eastwood around 7 July 2026. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Store Supervisor to help us launch, run the floor, and grow the business from day one! The shop is located 3minute walk from Eastwood train station.
This is a stable full-time position perfect for an experienced cook or shift leader looking for a great team environment and a genuine work-life balance.
About the Role
As our Store Supervisor, you will be the backbone of daily operations. This is a fully hands-on role where you will split your time between leading the evening service flow, managing stock, and jumping onto the line to prep and cook high-quality smash burgers.
Because we focus heavily on the dinner and late-night trade, we need someone who thrives in a high-energy evening environment and is comfortable locking up the shop securely at night.
Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen & Service: Run the line, prep fresh ingredients, and cook burgers to our exact standards during busy periods.
- Store Operations: Confidently manage opening and closing procedures, cash registers, and venue security.
- Inventory Control: Take charge of day-to-day stock levels and handle regular supplier re-ordering to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
- Leadership: Supervise casual team members on shift, maintain high food safety/cleanliness standards, and build a positive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of cooking, kitchen hand, or fast-casual hospitality experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work a stable full-time roster (38–40 hours), including evenings and weekends.
- Attitude: High-energy, positive, and able to work under pressure when the dinner rush hits.
- Skills: Reliable, punctual, and highly independent. Intermediate to strong English proficiency is required to manage customer service and supplier ordering.
- Compliance: current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain one quickly).
