Demonstrate familiarity and experience with the Australian Curriculum and be able to teach from a Biblical Worldview perspective, supporting the College ethos.

Possess a strong understanding of pedagogy – Years P-6.

Support a range of student abilities within an inclusive learning environment.

Integrate ICT within teaching and learning.

Be able to implement and develop innovative and relevant learning and assessment experiences.

Monitor student progress and provide relevant feedback as required.

Provide formal reports to parents and actively participate in parent/teacher/student conferences.

Attend and contribute to staff meetings.

Use appropriate behaviour management techniques.

Communicate with skill and warmth with students, parents, and staff.

Participate and contribute to school camps and activities.
-
Attend and contribute to School functions and events when required.
Candidates will:

Have current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (or have the ability to acquire registration before commencement);

Be able to affirm and agree with the College’s Statement of Doctrines and Beliefs and Staff Code of Conduct.
