As a Student Enrolment Partner, your key responsibilities include:

Confidently handle future student queries via telephone, email, webchat, face-to-face and social media to optimise enrolments

Provide accurate program/course advice to prospective students in line with their career goals to ensure student satisfaction

Enter and maintain accurate data into the client relationship management and student management systems.

Provide information and support to facilitate improved enrolment conversion, particularly within digital channels.

Respond to simple and complex course enquiries from lead through to enrolment
-
Proactively identify solutions to problems, as well as reflecting on the consequences and impacts of decisions.

Collaborate with business areas to provide alternative approaches to meeting enrolment demand, where required
-
Ensure compliance that Chisholm’s admissions requirements have been met and the appropriate program/course has been selected to ensure compliance
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed communication & self-management skills with ability to prioritise, problem solve, meet deadlines. You will have analytical capability, organisation skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, including the ability to lead and facilitate presentations using online tools.
Qualifications required for the role:

Undergraduate Degree qualified, or equivalent business and/or marketing experience

Ideal degree discipline would be business, commerce or public relations or demonstrated experience in students’ services with a tertiary provider.
