Barista – Raise Rooftop | Brisbane CBD
Raise Rooftop is looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our friendly team in the heart of Brisbane CBD at 157 Ann Street.
We're more than just a café, we're a welcoming rooftop space serving Brisbane's corporate community. We proudly brew Coffee Supreme specialty coffee and are looking for someone who shares our passion for quality, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.

About the role
You'll be responsible for:
- Crafting consistently excellent takeaway coffee using Coffee Supreme beans.
- Building genuine relationships with our regular corporate customers.
- Delivering coffees to tables when needed.
- Maintaining a clean, organised coffee station.
- Working efficiently during the morning rush while providing outstanding service.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day café operations.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous specialty coffee/barista experience.
- Is passionate about coffee quality and consistency.
- Has a bubbly, engaging personality and loves talking with people.
- Is reliable, punctual, and has a positive attitude.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
